About Guadalupe County Court Docket

Guadalupe County dockets and case files are divided among the District Clerk, County Clerk, Justice Courts, Municipal Courts, and trial courts. The correct office depends on the court and case type. This private reference site organizes official portals, addresses, and contact routes so readers can move from a general question to the public office that keeps the record.

Why We Built This Site

Texas provides public routes to many court dockets and case files, but Guadalupe County uses split custody. The District Clerk keeps district matters, while the County Clerk keeps County Court at Law files. JP and municipal clerks hold their own lower-court records. The District Courts and County Courts at Law set hearings and enter rulings. re:SearchTX adds a statewide search layer, and eFileTexas handles electronic filing, but neither changes which clerk owns the official file. We organize those roles, search tools, case-number clues, and request steps in one place.

What You Will Find Here

  • Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting

  • Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. It has no connection to a Texas court, clerk, or government agency. Those limits mean that it cannot perform official court functions:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Third-party providers operate the search boxes found on some pages. Each provider controls its service, prices, and results. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this site. We cannot set the provider's charges or determine which records it returns.
